Orders are processed within 1 to 3 working days. Standard delivery usually takes 5 to 10 working days, while remote areas may take 7 to 14 working days.

Yes. Orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately, which means your items can arrive on different dates and you may receive multiple tracking updates.

Please email help@wholesaler101.co.za within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos or videos of the issue.

Return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging and supported with proof of the issue.

Refunds are processed after inspection and approval. This usually takes 5 to 10 working days, with full completion taking up to 14 working days.

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once fulfilment begins, cancellation is no longer possible.
