Shipping & Delivery Policy


1. Overview

This Shipping & Delivery Policy forms part of our Terms of Service and should be read together with our Refund Policy.

By placing an order with Wholesaler 101 (Pty) Ltd, you agree to the terms outlined below.


2. Delivery Areas

We currently deliver within South Africa.

Delivery to certain remote or outlying areas may take longer and may be subject to additional charges where applicable.


3. Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1–3 working days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Processing includes:

  • Order verification
  • Payment confirmation
  • Supplier allocation and fulfilment

Orders are only processed once payment has been successfully received.


4. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Standard Delivery: 5–10 working days
  • Remote Areas: 7–14 working days

Please note that these timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Certain products may be shipped directly from suppliers and may have longer delivery times depending on availability.


5. Split Shipments

Orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately.

This means:

  • Items may arrive on different dates
  • You may receive multiple tracking updates

6. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated.

Promotions such as free delivery may apply to qualifying orders and will be clearly indicated on the website.


7. Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier companies
  • Supplier fulfilment delays
  • Customs clearance processes
  • High order volumes
  • Weather or unforeseen events

While we will always aim to assist, such delays are outside of our direct control.


8. Risk and Delivery

Risk in the goods remains with Wholesaler 101 (Pty) Ltd until the goods have been delivered to the delivery address provided.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that:

  • The delivery address is correct
  • Someone is available to receive the order

Once delivered, responsibility passes to the customer.


9. Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt fails due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • No one available to receive the parcel
  • Refusal of delivery

The order may be returned to us.

Additional delivery fees may apply for re-delivery.


10. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged
  • Incomplete
  • Incorrect

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing:

Include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos or videos of the issue

Failure to report within this timeframe may result in the claim being declined.


11. Tracking

Where available, tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Tracking updates are dependent on the courier and may take time to reflect.


12. Third-Party Suppliers

Certain products may be fulfilled by third-party suppliers.

As a result:

  • Packaging may differ
  • Branding may differ
  • Delivery times may vary

By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept this.


13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wholesaler 101 (Pty) Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from delivery delays.

Nothing in this section limits your rights under applicable South African consumer law.


14. Force Majeure

We shall not be held liable for any delay or failure in delivery caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters
  • Strikes
  • Supplier disruptions
  • Courier delays
  • Government restrictions
